Operations for Assigned Counsel began in 1992 from offices located in suburban Philadelphia. This geographic keystone facilitates activity from Princeton, New Jersey through Eastern Pennsylvania to Delaware. Center City Philadelphia provides a convenient city site for client and candidate meetings.
Christine McCullough, Esq.
Christine earned her J.D. in 1990 from the Villanova University School of Law and has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate and real estate attorney.
Most recently, Christine was a vice president in the legal department of a publicly traded investments company, where she handled investment advisor, broker dealer and general corporate matters. Previously, Christine was an associate in the corporate department of a major law firm in Philadelphia.
Christine joined Assigned Counsel in 2006 as a recruiting attorney. In 2007, Christine was appointed client development representative for the Delaware Valley.
Elissa Outtrim, Esq.
Lisa Outtrim is a 1990 graduate of The Villanova University School of Law, where she participated in the Moot Court Board, reached the finals of the Reimal Moot Court Competition, and was a member of Phi Delta Phi. As an undergraduate, she attended Kutztown University on an academic scholarship, earning a BFA, magna cum laude, in communication design.
Upon graduating law school, Lisa joined the claims division of a major property and casualty insurer headquartered in Philadelphia. While there, Lisa negotiated, settled and worked with litigation and coverage counsel to resolve the highest exposure environmental, toxic tort, superfund and complex products liability claims in the company and the nation.
In 2000, Lisa joined her husband in private practice and, in September 2006, joined Assigned Counsel in Wayne, PA, as a recruiting attorney for the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas.
